While in the parks of London a baron harangues the crowd against arms dealers, Sir Julian Whorton and Martin Jan Huslow, an Englishman and an American dealers in death, are killed. The British secret service entrusts the investigation to agent Charles Bind who, keeping an eye on the speaker, discovers his identity.
