Mickey Mouse Disco, the 1980 Norman Ferguson Walt Disney animated animation cartoon musical short ("A cartoon short with a disco beat"). Note that this was a "clip-show" music video (featuring clips from Disney shorts from the 1930s to the 1950s) for the album of the same name.
