Product Details
This is a Spanish-language poster printed in Mexico for the theatrical release of “Krakatoa, East of Java”—a film that, ironically, gets its geography wrong (Krakatoa is west of Java). Despite this oddity, the film remains a cult favorite for its widescreen Cinerama visuals and disaster-movie flair.
-
Art: The poster boasts bold and dramatic artwork with volcanic chaos and color-blocked portraits of the cast—typical of late 60s disaster posters.
-
Scarcity: Mexican one-sheets for this film are relatively uncommon, but not highly sought-after unless in Near Mint condition.
-
Condition: Good/Fair – Folded as issued. Water staining, edge wear, fold separation, and back writing present (see photos). Displays strong color and dramatic artwork despite condition flaws.
-
Ships folded in protective archival sleeve.
